We specialize in helping companies become a thriving workplace community through tailored group workshops and 1:1 coaching sessions. We provide employees with the tools, resources, and support they need to embrace their authentic selves, build meaningful connections with their colleagues, and contribute their best work to the organization.

How does it work?

Group Containers 

We believe in the power of connection and community therefore our group containers provide a safe and supportive space for employees to come together, share experiences, and build meaningful connections. Led by Dr Neta herself, these containers are carefully curated to encourage vulnerability, authenticity, and trust among team members.

Engaging Learning Experience

This is not another theoretical professional development workshop! Neta’s interactive and engaged way of teaching is weaved into the group sessions in a way that keeps your staff engaged and immersed in the experience.  We will equip employees with the tools and strategies they need to thrive while integrating the “professional” and the “personal” and showing up as holistic authentic beings in the workplace. From emotional regulation techniques to authentic communication skills, we cover a wide range of topics aimed at promoting well-being and authentic connections
